Ken Druss reported missing!

Dear Saint Michael’s,

Very impressed with your Website, I am writing in connection with your mention of Ken Druss the Galloway newcomer who won the 2nd X1 bowling award prize. I am currently working in the US and I wondered if I am related to the said person. My name is Dub Druss and I am looking for my long lost 4 fingered brother Ken.

I will be over in Bonnie Scotland soon for my summer Vacation and to meet up with brother Ken would be swell. I pray to the almighty you maybe able to help and this is not some sick hoax.

God Bless you Saint Michael's and your good work on the Interweb.

Yours in hope

***********

Dear Dub,

I’m afraid I have some terrible news for you.

It appears that there has been absolutely no news of your long-lost, four-fingered brother Ken since he received his deserved recognition from the Western Union last season.

I can only assume that he has either deceased, absconded with club funds, or been tapped up by the Forces of Evil to play in the Scottish National League.

You could always try finding him through Friends United or make an approach to one of our local companies, Historic Newspapers of Bladnoch, who may be able to find some traces of him in their warehouse.

Incidentally, if you would like to continue your support for the St Michael’s Cricket Club website, please feel free to do so by downloading Google Pack from one of our web pages or sending a us a large supply of your Pecan Pies for the club teas (please mark f.a.o. Ena Brockwell).

yours in sympathy,

Michael
